Little Dream Storybook is set up by parents and guardians, and a child never has their own account. A child's name, age and any family photos are provided by the parent and used only to make their stories. Photos and stories are stored privately, visible only to your account — never to other families.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use your photos or stories to advertise to anyone.
We rely on trusted providers to run the service: a hosting and database provider, an AI provider that generates the story text and illustrations from your prompts, a payment provider, and an authentication provider. They only process your data on our instructions to deliver the service.
Photos and saved stories are kept while your account is active so you can keep using them. If you delete your account, we delete your photos and stories. Free-plan stories are temporary by design and are not stored as part of your library.
Under UK data protection law you also have rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction and objection, and the right to complain to the ICO.
Your data is stored securely and family photos and stories are protected so only your account can see them. No service is perfectly secure, but we take protecting your family's data seriously.
